I’m Mustafa, a wedding photographer based in Chambéry, Savoie. I cover weddings across the Alps — Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Isère, the Lake Annecy area, and Geneva — as well as destination weddings throughout France and beyond.
My approach : natural, unposed, real
I don’t direct. I observe. My job is to stay close enough to catch every emotion, and invisible enough that you forget I’m there. The result is a gallery that looks like your wedding actually felt — not a series of staged portraits.
I work with natural light whenever possible, and deliver images with a soft, timeless colour palette. Nothing trendy that will look dated in ten years. Just honest, elegant storytelling.
The French Alps : a wedding backdrop like no other
Few places in Europe offer what the Alps do for wedding photography. Mountain light is sharper, cleaner, more dramatic. Golden hour in the mountains is something else entirely. Whether your venue overlooks Lake Annecy, sits in the Chartreuse massif, or perches above the Maurienne valley — the landscape will do half the work.
I know these places intimately. I know where the light falls in late afternoon, which corners reward patience, which angles make the mountains disappear into the frame at just the right moment.
Weddings I cover
Full-day reportages from bridal prep to the first dances. Intimate ceremonies and elopements in the mountains. Destination weddings for international couples based near Geneva, Lyon, or anywhere in France. Engagement sessions before the wedding, in the Alps or wherever you are.
I also work in duo with Antoine, a videographer, for couples who want both photo and film covered by a coordinated team. One contact, one aesthetic, no coordination headaches on the day.
How far do I travel ?
I’m based in Chambéry, which puts me within easy reach of Annecy (45 min), Grenoble (1h), Geneva (1h15), Lyon (1h30), and the entire French Alps. Travel within 50 km of Chambéry is included. For destinations beyond that, travel costs are straightforward and discussed upfront.
